Island Shores is a 59 unit complex located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Enjoy the outdoor pool or stay inside where your view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico is unhindered. This 2nd floor 1100 sq ft east corner condo features tile flooring bright and fun beachy colors. Bring your laptop and stay connected via the free unlimited WIFI. Enjoy this smoke free environment. Use the coin operated laundry on-site. Monthly stays November to March 1. Parking is a 2 car maximum. Pack your bags and head to Island Shores. Your vacation awaits you.

This property has a 2 vehicle limit and requires parking passes.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Island Shores will be undergoing a stucco project on the south wall with an estimated completion in early March 2026. Renters may experience noise in and around the building during this time. Rental rates have already been discounted to account for the construction project, so we’re unable to offer additional discounts related to noise or other inconveniences.

Wonderful view from every seat in the living room. We saw dolphins every day. Beds comfortable. Everything you need to enjoy the kitchen was provided. Check in and out was easy. Shortcut to the pool was down one flight of stairs making it easy to keep up with kids. Would definitely stay again.

Short and simple - just pick somewhere else

I rented this condo for my mother’s 45 birthday girls weekend trip. I spent two months planning to make this trip a relaxing weekend getaway. For starters when they emailed me the confirmation we had the wrong address so ended up at the wrong resort. I called the after hours number trying to get help and the woman was so rude and basically told me to call back tomorrow. But I demanded to talk to someone now because we had just drove 7 hours. Once we finally got a manager and the address and room confirmed we pull up to a complete dump of a MOTEL. The outside literally made us want to leave straight away but I said give it a chance. We were on the second floor so we go to the elevator with all our bags and the dang thing didn’t work. (Keep in mind on this trip my two elderly grandparents and my aunt who had a hip replacement recently are with us) after finally getting everything and everyone up we walk into a dirty room. The counters, tables, bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned. I called to have someone come out and luckily they did. However by this point we are not feeling the best about this weekend. Friday we had been at the beach all day and came up to get showers and ready to go to dinner when we have a knock on the door. A lady who works for the rental company walks into our room and says hey we need to take one of your parking passes. (We have 7 people and two vehicles with us-which is what we have on the rental agreement)She states well this weekend is a big weekend for us and so we are going to only allow one car per rental. At this point I am so fed up with them I said are you joking let me call the manager I spoke to last night. She said oh you have talked to a manager I said yes and started listing off all the issues we have had. She said oh I’m sorry I will just leave. All in all this trip was not what I spent months planning for. The only thing nice about this place is the beach. If I could do it all over again I would definitely not stay here. Please use my mistake as your warning and just pick somewhere else.

Lots of room for our big crew. We enjoyed our stay.

Needs a deep cleaning. In the constant search for pacifiers, under the beds and under the sofa were pretty caked with dirt. The ice maker was out and never fixed during our 5 days there.

Good trip but was disappointed

We had 2 families traveling together with little ones. We thought we had found a great place but was disappointed. I had sent a message to the owner but never got replies. The unit is compact for a 3 bedroom/3 bath. There is no washer/dryer in the unit you have to use the common ones on the ground level. The room is close to the stairs which were handy for the pool, but there was no kiddie pool. The sink stopper in the middle bath did not work, so handling contacts was always a tricky task. The condo served it's purpose, but it is NOT RENT BY OWNER, and by the time all the different fees are added makes it a little pricey for what you get.
