What a view! We had a couple of guests who almost never left the unit, and instead sat on the balcony or in the living room, watching the waves and enjoying the breezes. The place was clean, well-kept, and I found it well-appointed with cooking necessities. It's a short walk (15 minutes) to the "main drag" including favorites like The Hangout and Gulf Island Grill, shopping, Dollar Tree, etc., and sits adjacent from Sea & Suds (great oysters on the half shell and drinks on the deck). The unit is on the 4th floor, so that's a huge bonus when you find you need to take the stairs...Which brings me to the only downside and a short warning to elderly or infirm guests: expect to wait a looooong time for an empty elevator to take you to/from your room if you're trying to use them at the common check-in/check-out times. I can't fault the actual unit for the problem, which is why I'm still giving 5 stars, but between the hours of perhaps 8a-10a and 4p-6p, you shouldn't be surprised if you have to wait 20-40 minutes for an elevator that you can finally cram into. We got around it by using the staircases at either end of the building, but it's not ideal for someone who will actually *needs* an elevator in the morning or late afternoon hours!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review! We’re glad SD407 - Seawind 407’s view, cleanliness, and well‑appointed kitchen made your stay enjoyable, and that the location and nearby restaurants and shops were convenient. Sorry for the long elevator waits during peak check-in/check-out times — that can be frustrating. While building elevator operation is outside our control, we’ll share your feedback with management and add a note in the listing to advise guests who may need reliable elevator access. We appreciate the tip about using the staircases and your detailed feedback. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Everything was OK with exception of, we were told that there would be some railing work done near our unit but we were not told that the floor above us would be getting a new tile floor. It was super loud and annoying. Thanks!
