The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash is picked up on Thursday mornings - put trash and recycle out on Wednesday night - bins are on the north side of the house - simply roll bins to end of drive.
Please just put used towels into washer - no need to start the cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Born in Oklahoma and having traveled to many countries around the world, it's nice to have a "home base" to come to. I usually live in this house and rent out another property near the Lake of the Ozarks (approx 2 hour drive away) but during the Wold cup I'm opening my home to you and your family to enjoy bot the games and the city.
Why they chose this property
We are in an older/established neighborhood with big trees, unique houses, and welcoming neighbors. Yet you can get about anything you may want in a 15 min or less drive. (or walk)
What makes this property unique
I love this house for it's location and design. It is a single floor ranch house with an open design, Has 2 living spaces , a huge kitchen,and big picture windows looking out to the back yard. The house is very well insulated and almost sound proof.
