Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all TV's, electronics and room lights. Set the AC to 74 F in the summer & the heat to 70 F in the winter to conserve energy
Please gather all used towels and place in the laundry room. Kindly leave all clean towels under the sink in the bathrooms if unused.
Please remove all trash and waste from the condo before checkout. Place all trash bags and waste in the dumpster in the back parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
