Relax with the whole family at this peaceful paradise!
Boasting plenty of sleeping options, an open concept main living space with privacy where it counts- a wonderful entertaining space on the back patio and a fire pit for your group to gather around.
Less than 30 mins to both Williams and Flagstaff, within 1 hr of Grand Canyon or Sedona
Quiet, low key wooded oasis at a great midway point
The space
This property has 4 bedrooms- between them are 5 queen, 2 twin beds and a mini crib.
We also have a queen sized futon and a twin sized futon in the loft for plenty of sleeping accommodation options for your group!
Other things to note
Please note that we do get significant snow in the winter! We do have a snow plow driver set to care for the property with each storm- but please be aware that you are liable for your own vehicle. We recommend 4x4 vehicles during winter months. Snow shovels are provided!
*we are located several miles down a dirt road. Please note your cars will get dirty on the drive.
We are located in national forest land! Our trees are protected, and absolutely may not be cut down for any reason. If you are found to have cut down a tree on our property, you will be fined!
* most homes in northern Arizona do NOT have AC. This is due to our relatively mild temps. We highly recommend keeping windows open at night during summer.

Quiet location in the woods!
What makes this property unique
Please do NOT move the furniture- including outdoor furniture and the barbecue grill. The grill in particular is fixed to the property with a propane line- if it is moved, we are required to send the propane company to complete an inspection to ensure no damage or leaks have occurred- and we will have to charge you for their trip fee and inspection costs.
If you have a specific request to move a furniture item, please send us a message and we would be happy to let you know if this will create any kind of problem.
