Absolutely lovely place. Everything was as in the pictures and details. The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests generously. The place is a 10 mins walk to the subway station which made it extremely convenient to go into Manhattan. Would absolutely stay here again!
Great location for Randall’s Island pickleball event! Spacious and classy, just like the photos. Inflatable air mattress worked well for an overnight guest. Highly recommend it!
We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The apartment was spotless, bright, and exactly as described. It felt spacious, comfortable, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We also appreciated the fresh towels and the attention to detail throughout the apartment. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always available if we had any questions. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay stress-free.This was the perfect home base for exploring NYC, and we truly felt at home here. We would definitely stay again on our next visit!
It was a nice little apartment and location.Parking got me a little jumbled. But it was okay. Street parking wasn’t terrible.Everything’s very easily accessible in the area.Great place to stay !
Good communication with the host, easy entry instructions. Nice space, excellent wifi, comfortable bed. The furnace needed repair, but the host took care of it quickly! Kitchen could use a few more items like pots and pans, but good refrigerator and range. Comfortable place during a very frigid couple of weeks in Astoria
The description and pictures of the listing are spot on. The distance to the subway is 9 mns per Google and very easy to get there. The subway lines took you right into the city. Clean, pleasant place, great shower, quiet neighborhood.
Jon was an excellent communicator from start to finish! The location to the subway was very close. It was also close to a lot of different dining options. The cons I have are the small narrow stairs up to the apartment and you have to bring your own wash cloths FYI. Other than that an overall great experience
Beautifully renovated property in LIC/Astoria. Be prepared to walk to the Subway and Attractions, but otherwise excellent. If you’re not familiar with the area, this place may not be for you- the neighborhood is partway through the gentrification process.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
I was told the water would be turned up, it was cold. Was told that nobody else had issues but the second night, after “turning it up” it was 84.5 degrees. Other than that, it was clean and a place to sleep.
To early for Business. Apartment not finished interior. No dresses for the bedrooms no amenities. Construction noise first thing in the morning. No Bath Soap
Location is good.
Overall it will be nice when the work is finished.
