What a lovely cottage! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. One of the best VRBO rentals I have ever had! Added bonus is it is quiet, but still so close to everything in town. Thank you thank you for a wonderful weekend in CDA.
We couldn't have asked for a more lovely home in a more wonderful area. This has been an absolute gem, with everything so close, parks, lake, shopping and restaurants. We are in heaven and look forward to our next trip here.
Second time staying and it was just as good as the first! Always clean, well stocked, and a huge plus being pet friendly! About a block away from a park for the kids, and a quick 10 minute walk into town! Thanks again for being such great hosts!
House was in a great location, close to lots of activities. It also had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was pet friendly and kid friendly. Host were very responsive.
A very comfortable and quaint place to stay. They had plenty of supplies available if needed. I loved the feel of a remodeled space that still keeps the charm of an older home. The house was absolutely amazing, and the hosts were very responsive before, during, and after my stay.
Very nice home! Best stocked VRBO we have stayed in. Just blocks from downtown. Spacious back yard that was perfect for the pup! Will sleep with again!

Thanks Dustin. We’d love to have you and your crew back anytime!
This is a beautiful property that has all you need! The backyard area is great for families and kids. Everything was spotless and check-in was super simple! Communication with Patrick was timely. This house is in a great location. 5-10 min walk to Sherman Ave for lots of great restaurant options or a quick drive to Independence Point to enjoy the lake and park. Would definitely recommend!
Yes My fur boy was welcomed and had Dog treats for him. The Property was nice. unfortunately we had to cancel our Trip early due to a Health reason which was out of our control. In my mind I was hoping they'd credit us one night but it was not part of the agreement. I give the property 5 stars.
Clean and nicely appointed; hosts thought of everything (including golf humor in manual)Comfy bed, living spaces & outdoor set-upClose to everything (walking accessible): coffee, food, drink and lake/hiking activities (with a wagon and beach-bag/towels)

Thanks for staying with us Benjamin, I’m thrilled you found/liked the golf humor. Love to host you again.
We enjoyed our stay, but with more than 3 people the single bathroom miight be an issue. The house looks new inside and out, even though it is probably from the early 1900's. All modern and like new.It was in a very good location and in the middle of all we were doing. It is a little far for an easy downtown walk, but still close to the main parts of Coeur D'Alene. Would stay again.
We had such a nice stay here while we were in town for Ironman Coeur d'Alene! The house was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly as pictured. One of our favorite parts was how thoughtfully stocked it was—you can tell the hosts have really put themselves in their guests' shoes. Whether you're cooking a meal, heading to the beach, traveling with kids or pets, or just looking for those little extras that make a trip easier, they've thought of it.We brought our dog, and it was truly pet-friendly, which made the weekend so much more enjoyable. The hosts were also fantastic to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and easy to reach throughout our stay. The location was perfect for race weekend while still being a great place to come back and relax. We'd absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Coeur d'Alene!
This house is in the perfect location for walking to downtown event. It's also far enough away to be quiet. The house is a comfortable size and the fully fenced yard is much appreciated when traveling with kids or pets. The host did a great job cleaning and providing the necessities.
