Bright Lofted Condo|Fenton|30 Nights
Summary:
Spacious and updated one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the corner of Cary and Raleigh.
The Space:
This condo is 7 minutes from Cross Roads shopping center, 8 minutes from NC State campus, 10 minutes from Wake Med Cary and 2 minutes from hopping on interstate 40. The lofted master bedroom features a queen sized bed. High ceilings through out the condo with multiple skylights allows for an abundance of natural light. Our living area is open and the very comfortable couch folds into a sleeper sofa for two additional guests or to maximize lounging potential. Off of the living room you will find our back porch. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and for long stays, full bathroom with large tub shower. This condo is on the third floor and does not have an elevator. The condominium is pet friendly with a pet fee. We do require a 30 night minimum.
Guest Access:
Guest's can enjoy the entire condo, we do have one cleaners closet that is locked for storing supplies.
Interaction with Guests:
Available as needed by phone but will give you your space and privacy during your stay.
