Upon arrival we had not received a code. We called the host and got in 6 hours after our original check in time. Host claimed Vrbo did not notify her, and that we were actually lucky because she had someone else booked that weekend that canceled. She worked to get it cleaned up and in late that night. Unsure how Vrbo failed to communicate to the host, but this is a lesson learned and I would communicate with your hosts in advance going forward. Other than the check in issue, the place was nice and pretty clean. Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience much more than it just being somewhere to rest our heads for the night.

We had the previous guests leave earlier in the day, but didn't clean the unit due to our schedule, knowing that we didn't have a booking for that evening. Fortunately, when the Allison arrived at 7:30 pm, we were about 1/2 hour away, as we were out for the evening. We rushed back to rental and cleaned it and had it ready by 9:00 pm. We thank Allison for their patience regarding the reservation confusion. We always try to make our guests experience a good one. Thank you, Ed and Linda

Was a little further out than we expected but worth the drive! Sheep farm behind us a horse farms all around . Everything was clean and plenty of dishes , towels , coffee everything you need at home. Nice little fire pit to sit and relax at end of day! We would stay there again when needed. Felt safe and relaxed!

Perfect Place

We were visiting family in the area and Linda’s place was perfect. It has everything you’d need and was very relaxing and comfortable. It was also super clean. I’d stay there again!

Cozy is definitely the key word. A very cute, comfortable, relaxing place with a great front porch. The kitchen is well stocked and communication with the host was easy. We spent three great nights there and would love to come back again.

A very comfortable and relaxing place and location. Cozy is a great word to describe this cute home with a well-stocked kitchen, clean rooms and easy communications with owner. We would love to go back again sometime. Also, great front porch.

Weekend stay for prom

We rented Vrbo for the weekend for our daughter to attend her boyfriends junior prom. The Vrbo was very cute and had a nice relaxing feel to it.

Everything was beautiful and a quiet country setting. The unit was very well equipped and even had a welcome book that listed local businesses and details about surrounding areas. Will definitely rent again for future family events!

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! Everything was spotless — so clean and well cared for. The décor was stylish & cozy and made the place feel so welcoming. Every little detail was thought of, and everything we needed was provided. The guest book they left was incredibly comprehensive and helpful — such a thoughtful touch! The accommodations were more than adequate, and the location was perfect — close to everything with easy, convenient parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Since I am a "Valley Girl" born and raised in that area my expectations were very high! This sweet little home away from home had everything for comfort we needed. My husband was comfortable with his minor disabilities and a few of our things we bring with us.Everything was spotless. Plenty of towels, bedding and some necessities we used and added to. We were there three weeks so the top of the line washer and dryer came in very handy. Linda was such a gracious hostess. Anything we needed (not much, everything was there) they got on immediately. If you are an avid reader here is the place to stay. Linda has a well stocked library and you are invited to take a few books with you, which we did. If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed. I am sure it will be especially beautiful in the fall with Brush Creek Park, Buttermilk Falls & portions of NCT (North Country Trail) running through Beaver County if you are hikers!There is a great swing and glider on the front porch and who can resist a place that displays our beautiful flag. It was a great stay with Trips to Oram's Donuts, Rosalind Candy Castle, Hanks, Brewster's and many of my old haunts. And "THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!Thanks again to the Brown's for a beautiful stay!
