Very quiet and nice neighborhood. House was decent but not the cleanest. Towels smelled like mildew, refrigerator leaked water, coffee was expired. (Nov 2025) Pans were also dirty had to purchase my own to cook.

The house was beautiful and clean, also the neighborhood was very nice and safe. My family had a great time there loved the house its perfect. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. I would love to rent again in the future..

Location was quiet and convenient for our stay. Plenty of parking. Overall, the house was mostly clean but had very minimal amenities such as dishes, cookware, etc. The master bath was awesome. Main concern was when we were stripping the beds to leave, we were horrified about how blood stained the mattress in the front bedroom was. So gross!!! Thank goodness my granddaughter had taken her sleeping bag and did not sleep directly on the bedding. Also the other mattresses appeared pretty stained and dirty as well.

It was fine, met our needs. The place was as advertised. Had some nice extras in the kitchen and restrooms for our use. However with little extra touch, I would have ranked it as excellent. Suggestions to improve would be to add a top sheet under the comforter in all beds; better quality of comforter and watch them after each use if not top sheet provided; had towels watched (new) before use. Turn ON the AC at least an hour before clients arrived; Have Ice maker working. Would consider leasing again!
