Fantastic stay! Especially enjoyed the amazing pooland the super responsive and helpful host. Much of the building is still under renovation so we did have occasional power outage periods which lasted 1-3 hours but the host team worked to proactively notify us whenever possible.

Yes, never went to the Gym had difficulties with check in process. Very poor support. Normally you would expect reservation details more than a day before. My cell phone does not work in Mexico. So expectation is that DO NOT COME IF CELL PHONE DOES NOT WORK. As it takes arriving in Mexico to establish a cell phone service. No attempts to make sure that check in information was received. Also not mentioned that I have to have a Vrbo app to get the information. Never in my 44 years I had a double problem with check in and communicationg with the security guard .

As mentioned, the access instructions were sent at 3:00 pm on your arrival day, in line with our standard check-in time. We understand how challenging it can be when traveling internationally without mobile service. For future trips, we kindly recommend having a data plan or local SIM card to stay connected upon arrival and avoid situations like this.
