Nice, convenient

The condo was clean and comfortable. I stayed here for a week because it was close to the Shea Medical Center. There is patio furniture and a comfortable chair in the living room, and a nice lawn out from the patio. The owners helped me out when I needed to change my dates.

Nice clean quiet place!!!

I stayed here for almost 3 months while working here. I extended my job and would’ve stayed in this place longer but it was already rented. Never had any problems. Close to a lot of good restaurants and shopping. Also very close to the 101. I reccomend staying here if you are in town for a short trip, or staying awhile for work!

Great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, library, bus routes and backed onto a green area. All pools and tennis courts were great, very clean and well maintained.Condo needs more furnishings like patio furniture, bedroom bench, lounge chair, a desk and more lamps. Any concerns we had such as cleanliness, faulty appliances, etc were addressed in a very timely manner.

Why they chose this property

This property was just renovated in April 2017 so its like new.
Quartz counter tops, white shaker cabinets, driftwood floors, double sink and vanity. Very central, close to freeway for easy access anywhere in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool, or an afternoon tennis match. Take a morning walk through the many trails and green spaces. Savor in a gourmet dinner at the many restaurants in the area.
