Perched on a sun-drenched hillside above the charming coastal town of Makarska, Villa Marina is a beautifully maintained three-bedroom, three-bathroom Mediterranean villa surrounded by olive groves, Mediterranean gardens, and fragrant lavender. With a private heated pool, panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, and the dramatic Biokovo mountain rising behind you, this is the perfect base for an unforgettable Croatian holiday.

Wake up each morning to breathtaking views stretching across the turquoise Adriatic to the islands of Hvar and Brač on the horizon. Watch spectacular sunsets from the terrace. Breathe in the scent of rosemary, lavender, and pine as you relax by the pool with a glass of local Croatian wine.

THE VILLA — THREE FLOORS OF COMFORT

Villa Marina spans three spacious floors, each approximately 60 square meters, offering generous living space for up to 6 guests.

Ground Floor:
A modern kitchen provides cooking space, alongside a bright living room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a large dining area comfortably seating 10 or more guests — perfect for family dinners and entertaining. This floor offers access to a spacious terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, Makarska harbor, and the islands of Hvar and Brač. Furnished with deck chairs and loungers, this terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a drink in hand. Direct access to the private heated pool and outdoor lounge area. A full bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine complete this level.

First Floor:
Step into a welcoming open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a comfortable living room filled with natural light. Sliding doors from the kitchen open onto a balcony with sweeping panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, Makarska harbor, and the islands of Hvar and Brač. This floor also includes the elegant Peach Room — a king-size master bedroom with ample storage and natural light. A full bathroom completes this level.

Second Floor (Top Floor):
The entire top floor is air-conditioned and features two bedrooms — the Purple Room with a king-size bed and the Blue Room with a queen-size bed — both with direct balcony access offering the villa's most expansive panoramic views of the Adriatic coastline and islands. A dedicated working area, full bathroom, and a comfortable sitting area complete this level.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

OUTDOOR PARADISE

PARKING & ACCESS

Free private parking for 2 cars directly at the property. Additional parking available on the green area in front of the property for a third vehicle. The villa is accessed via a quiet residential road with no through traffic — peaceful and private.

YOUR HOSTS — MARIJANA & JOSIP

We are a local Croatian family who have been welcoming guests to Villa Marina for over 9 years. This is our beloved countryside retreat — we live in Makarska, just 10 minutes away by car, so you'll have complete privacy while knowing we're always nearby if you need anything.

We personally greet every guest upon arrival with homemade rakija (Croatian fruit brandy), fresh seasonal fruit, and cold water. We speak English, German, Croatian, and Russian, and we're always available via WhatsApp, Viber, phone, SMS, or email.

From Split Airport, follow the coastal road D8 south toward Makarska (approximately 1.5 hours). We recommend renting a car. Detailed driving directions with landmarks will be provided upon booking confirmation.
