Location could not be better. Walk to everything in minutes. Space is great. Could use more than 1 tv n the front steps are tricky at night to see. Other than that this place rocks!

Very nice location near the beach. 4 bedroom and 2 bath setup was perfect for our family. Very clean. The owners had the kitchen, baths and bedrooms well stocked with lots of items. They even had games in the living room and items to use at the beach. We had a great time and would stay at Sandy Cheeks again. Thank you!

This was the perfect house for our Fourth of July visit. Clean and the perfect size for us. Looking forward to many more trips back here. Also a very easy walk to the beach, and walking distance to the veggie wagon. Thanks for having us and we hope to be back next year!

Our family of seven stayed at this property for 7 nights in mid June 2026 The home was clean, well maintained, and quiet. The short walk to the beach was perfect. In fact, we walked everywhere. Breakfast, gift shopping, dinner, ice cream, boardwalk and amusements were all within a walkable distance. We had the opportunity to meet our hosts and they couldn’t have been nicer. The beach is remarkable and among the nicest we have visited. All in all, this was a great family vacation experience.
