House was very clean and well-maintained. It was an easy 2-minute walk over to the beach and only a mile to everything else one might need (groceries, etc.). The pool was excellent. Plenty of space for our 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids) and everyone had a great time.

Amazing weekend getaway to celebrate our friend’s bachelorette surprise. Shore Thing Beach House had the perfect location and the host was incredible. Renee answered all of my questions on the spot and was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful. The house is beautiful. Everything was clean and and well kept. Bathrooms and bedrooms all with new fixtures and tile. One block away from the beach made it an easy walk over. The downstairs area with the bar area, the pool, the hot tub, the putting green, ping-pong, kept us busy and entertained for hours. It really is the perfect beach house. Two thumbs up!

This was a PERFECT rental for 5 ladies looking to enjoy a weekend without kids. Super clean, super cute, super safe neighborhood. Close to the beach and very good communication with the host. We will definitely be renting again!

Shore Thing was AMAZING! If you are looking for a house that has everything you need, very clean, awesome pool and covered area by pool that allows for a fun time with ping pong, golf and corn hole then this house is for you . We had a rainy day and was unable to go to beach, but it did not stop our fun with all the amenities at the house. Renee was wonderful . We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday and Renee was very thoughtful to have a special gift delivered for her . We will be back . If you are looking for a house that sleeps lots of family / friends and is only 1 block Fri Beach . Don’t look any further . Book SHORE THING. You will not be disappointed

Great area. Beautiful beaches. Wonderful house with ton of amenities. Perfect for large groups or families. The pool and non beach amenities were shaded and great for the kids to take a break from the sun. Centrally located and great access to great restaurants and shops.

You also, requested a reduced nightly rate which I was able to accommodate but you wanted to book directly with me and I cannot do that through the Vrbo site. I would find it very helpful to have more information on your stay so I can further improve guests experiences.
