Equipped with central air conditioning, remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 New Flat Screen TV's , DVD, outside shower, New deck with ocean views, WiFi. Grilling not allowed! PET FRIENDLY SMALL DOGS ONLY WITH $250 PET FEE, per pet per week.

Great location

Awesome location, great views of ocean despite not being directly on beach. Beach access is very close, you can watch kids go to/from beach from the deck. The cleaning service was somewhat cursory, we did some vacuuming and sweeping of dog hair when we arrived, other than that the house is clean. Overall very comfortable, great location.
