Nearly 1,000 sf of contemporary decorated living space with dedicated parking place in a limited access parking garage and common area indoor and outdoor pools, and workout room. Easy walk to several restaurants; and downtown Louisville, KY directly across the river. the Condo is available for rental most Fridays, Saturdays, Sunday nights with add-on Monday or Thursday nights at an negotiated rate (and upon request). Outfitted with all kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, bathtub/shower, three closets, wireless internet, stereo system, DVD, and cable TV. The view of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River is spectacular from this 4th floor condo. Less than 10 minute drive to Church Hill Downs, the KY Fairgrounds, Louisville Cardinal Stadium, Yum Center (directly across the Ohio River)

What a gem! Relax in this plush condo in the heart of Louisville, sip coffee from the balcony overlooking the Ohio river & stroll to nearby restaurants. Several KY Bourbon Trail stops are within just a short drive, bike or Uber away. Close to everything but still a quiet retreat. Love the secure, garage parking. Safe, walk to several good restaurants, pretty veiw from balcony (very noisy though cause right by the big bridge across to Louisville—no biggie for us ) the Condo was nice. Comfortable bed, lots of seating for guests. Some points that may be negatives depending on your pickiness. The condo is lived in by its owner except weekend. Feels like you’re just borrowing a friends place for the weekend. Clean but not what you may expect for a pricy rental. … strong deodorizer smell which might bother someone with sensitivities. It is a studio. Murphy bed.

2nd Time Staying at this Location

As they say, location is everything and this condo is it. We love that we are right on the river front looking at the Louisville skyline. There are many restaurants/bars that are within walking distance. Louisville is just across via the 2nd St bridge. It is a very safe and secure building with access only to those with a key/fob and the parking is in the garage that is also secured via a key/fob to gain entry. Bruce, the condo owner is very available and easy to work with.We will stay again!!

Wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t great. The smoke smell on arrrival was intense and unpleasant the moment we arrived. Very dusty. The apartment was lived in, which was good (when it came to available food and bev) and not so good (cluttered, expired food.) Good location and it was very kind of the host to allow flexibility on both ends of the stay. That can compensate for a lot of negatives. Gotta do something about the smoke tho.

Spectacular Views of Downtown Louisville and Ohio River from this riverside condo; but short drives to popular Louisville destinations and walking distance to Jeffersonville hot spots. With a 4th floor balcony, this property provides a front seat for Thunder Over Louisville, and this condo located directly across the river from Forecastle Music Festival In July, Bourbon & Beyond Festival in early September and Louder than Life Festival in late September.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located between Indiana/KY walking bridge and the second street bridge allowing visitors to enjoy both Indiana and Kentucky destinations. Less than a 10 minute drive to Church Hill Downs and Kentucky Fair Grounds and University of Louisville campus.
