The house has lots of charm and character. The bedrooms and sleeping areas are spacious with plenty of room. The home is set up to sleep 8 however there is not cooking or serving accommodations for 8. There was a plastic set for 6. There was one sheet pan making the baking process very hard. One of the pots had a hole that exposed itself mid-cooking. The air conditioner had trouble keeping the home cool. There is a lack of privacy as several windows throughout the home do not have window coverings. The few windows that did were sheer or single panel - not enough for real privacy. There was a leak in the rear bedroom that caused a lot of water to flow onto the floors. We noticed this somewhat later in the day and maintenance was unable to come - understandably so. While you do get the whole home it was a bit misleading that this rental is actually half of a double with zero yard access. The location was phenomenal- close to everything yet far enough away from the busyness of the beach in summer. We would stay here again if the air conditioning was improved.
