The Space:

Welcome to Villa Marina Studio, a second-floor retreat designed for guests looking to immerse themselves in the calmer side of Sint Maarten. Tailored to those who value relaxation and convenience, this modern condo invites you to slow down and savor the island’s gentle ocean breezes, scenic views, and welcoming culture.



Situated in Indigo Bay, the studio offers a short three-minute walk to the shore, where you can sink your toes in the sand or sip a tropical cocktail at the nearby beachside restaurant. The open-concept living area features a cozy sofa bed, a dining table for four, and a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, microwave/oven combo, and dishwasher. A plush European king bed ensures restful nights, while in-unit laundry, high-speed WiFi, and a smart TV add to the convenience of your stay.



In designing the studio, we kept in mind the needs of couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a peaceful home base. Large windows bring in natural light, and a simple flight of stairs leads to the second floor, ensuring privacy and minimal foot traffic. By the entrance, you’ll find seating for six, and the balcony offers glimpses of the turquoise waters that define Sint Maarten’s enchanting coastline.



Although Indigo Bay is known for its serenity, the location provides swift access to nearby Simpson Bay and Philipsburg, where you can explore a more vibrant scene. Whether your interests lie in snorkeling, diving, hiking, or simply enjoying local cuisine, the island’s attractions are within a comfortable drive. Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire second-floor studio, which includes the full kitchen, laundry facilities, entrance seating area, and balcony. Parking is available along the street or on the grassy area across the way. There is no elevator in the building, and one flight of stairs leads to the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Indigo Bay is a peaceful gem on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, offering serene beaches, turquoise waters, and a friendly, low-key vibe. From your studio, you’re just a short stroll to Indigo Bay’s sandy shoreline—a less crowded spot perfect for swimming or relaxing with a view. An easy drive or taxi ride brings you to nearby Simpson Bay, brimming with restaurants, nightlife, casinos, and water sports. For shopping and a taste of local history, head to Philipsburg’s bustling boardwalk. Indigo Bay’s central location also places you within convenient reach of Marigot on the French side, where you can indulge in gourmet dining and chic boutiques.



Getting Around:

From Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM)



Exit the airport and head east on Airport Road.

Follow signs for Indigo Bay, continuing past Simpson Bay and Union Road.

Arrive at Indigo Bay in about 15 minutes; look for Marina Terrace.



Park on the street side or grassy area across from the building, then head up the single flight of stairs to your second-floor studio.



From the Cruise Port (Port Philipsburg)



A quick 20-minute taxi or car ride will take you to Indigo Bay. Simply mention Marina Terrace to your driver for the most direct route.

From the Ferries (Marigot or Simpson Bay)



Taxis and rental cars are readily available. You’ll arrive at Indigo Bay in about 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
