The Space:

Welcome to our luxurious, cozy and inviting retreat! We’re delighted to offer you a comfortable space designed with your relaxation in mind. Drift off in our comfy queen bed, unwind on the day bed, or enjoy a movie night on our convertible couch-bed. The full kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and even filtered water straight from the fridge, making meal prep a breeze. All the while enjoying the spacious feeling of the 9ft ceilings!



Refresh in a spacious bathroom featuring a rainfall shower head and a heated towel rack that adds a touch of luxury to your morning routine. Step outside to our quaint patio, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or playing a board game. With a smart TV loaded with streaming services like Crave, Disney+, and Netflix, you’re set for entertainment, while your personal thermostat ensures the perfect climate every time.



Our suite is designed for ultimate privacy with keyless entry and your own entrance. For your convenience, we offer free parking across the street from the house along the sidewalk, it is first come first serve, but feel free to park on the drive way while you unload your bags. We are pet friendly, but unfortunately we are not accepting cats.



Located just minutes from top shopping and dining in Seton, Mahogany and Auburn Bay, and near the world’s largest YMCA, our home is also very close to the South Health Campus. With easy access to main roads like Stoney Trail and Deerfoot, and only a 10-minute drive from Fishcreek Provincial Park and Lake Sikome, you’re perfectly positioned to explore the city and beyond.

Guest Access:

Guests will access their suite through a seperate and private entrance and guests will be provided with a smart lock combination on the morning of their arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Please note this is our primary residence. We live upstairs full time and ask that you please respect our quiet time hours from 11pm-7am.



Guests will have access to the full backyard however we also have access for maintenance.



We do not allow cats, dogs are welcome. If you have pets please clean up the yard after them.



We do not accept unauthorized guests in the suite and we have a 4 person maximum policy. There will be a $100.00 per guest, per night charge for unauthorized guests.



This is a non smoking unit. There will be a $250 cleaning charge if guests smoke in the unit.



We do not host 3rd party bookings, 3rd party bookings will be terminated immediately.
