The living area is expansive and features a TV for your entertainment, while the kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and provide access to shared laundry facilities to make your stay even more convenient!
The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker along with all necessary cookware and utensils for four guests, and the private full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to start your stay. 🛁
Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: One comfortable queen bed
- Bedroom 2: One comfortable queen bed
We strive to provide a convenient experience with flexible options for your schedule and property rules! 🐾
- Parking: Onsite parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $12 per night plus taxes.
- Pet Policy: We welcome one pet up to 50 Lbs with prior approval.
- Check In/Out: Early check in at 2:00 PM or late check out at 12:00 PM can be requested for a $50 fee each.
- Maintenance: A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs during business hours to keep the building pristine.
- Mail: Please arrange for a local post office pickup as we do not have guest mailbox access.
- Essentials: We provide a starter set of tissues, paper towels, soap, and bath products.
- House Rules: For the comfort of all residents, parties are strictly prohibited.
Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit.
