The property owner was easy to contact and reliable with her communication. The property was priced within our budget, and it was within close proximity to dining, shopping, and Notre Dame. The house was immaculate with new kitchen and bathroom amenities. There was plenty of space for my family of three. Overall, this renovated house exceeded all of our needs for a quick weekend getaway to South Bend.
