PRIME LOCATION 10 minutes to downtown Louisville. 3-10 minutes to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping in Jeffersonville and Clarksville, also right by major freeway.

Guests will have the whole home and property to themselves. Guests can access the home via the electronic deadbolt on the front door

I’m available by messaging within the platform, text, and phone. We live in Jeffersonville, 10 minutes away if you need anything!

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULE: Our home has quiet hours from 10PM-7Am. This means you must be inside the home by 10PM. If you do not want to comply with this rule, please do not book this property.

The property was perfect for our group. So much space. Beautifully decorated. Welcoming and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Was located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to the YUM center where our event was taking place. Easy access with many conveniences located close by.
