Lovely place and right on the main street. We enjoyed the paddle boat ride and walking the streets. The mattress was too soft for my back so I had to sleep on the sofa but my husband slept well. The TV is very difficult to use so to see our news programs we used our cell phone.

Great location

Prime location in walking distance of everything in downtown Saugatuck! Property was clean and having a reserved parking spot was great. Host was responsive and allowed us to check-in early. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay- it was perfect- location is walkable and bikeable to everything we wanted to do! I especially appreciated the communication with the owner- always polite and welcoming. Thank you!

This is a well-maintained older property across the street from the Barge bar and the Kalamazoo River. It was a short walking distance to great shops downtown, as well as Coral Gables, The Butler, and other places. We loved having a designated parking space because the streets were packed with cars already. Owners are wonderful communicators and we had no major issues. We did suggest improving the parking lot lighting a bit at night.

Very clean and excellent location!

We stayed here for memorial weekend. The location cannot be beaten and the unit was extremely clean. What we didn't like was that the A/C was only in the living room and it wasn't enough for us to sleep comfortably in the bedroom. I ended up sleeping in the sleeping coach, so I could get some fresh air (this weekend was very, very hot) and my husband dealt with the warm/humid temperature in the bedroom since he has back problems and the thin mattress on the sleeping coach would make his back worse. The kitchen has everything you need, but it is very small and old. If you are eating mostly out, like we did, that was not a problem. It was very nice to have a parking spot on the back of the building, since the city was crowded for the holiday.

We enjoyed ourselves and the condo was everything we expected. It was clean and very well kept up. It was close to town so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. If we were going back to Saugatuck we would definitely try and stay there again.

The location, access to the pool, swings on the porch, and dog-friendly hosts were perks for us. Shops, restaurants, River, pool, and a nice playground were in easy walking distance. Beaches were within driving distance - we loved the Saugatuck Sand Dunes Beach - it is dog friendly and the little hike there was lovely. . We had one major issue our first day, yet the host handled it quickly, and we didn't have any additional difficulties. This is a great place for short stays. The kitchenette and bathroom are quite small. While there is a hotplate, bring pots to use. There is minimal space to sit the hotplate - having a hinged wall shelf would be helpful.The table in the sitting area is nice, it could use a couple more (foldable) chairs for guests who have 4 people. Maybe stored in the closet.We absolutely loved the swings on the front porch. These were relaxing and provided a great opportunity to just chat as a family. Thank you so much for your hospitality, ideas, and sharing your space. We really enjoyed our trip and staying in close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Perfect location for exploring everything downtown has to offer! Easy walk to Oval Beach. The Barge was right across the street and the Mahi Tacos were amazing! Robyn’s place was just what we needed- and we loved the little porch nesting seats on our porch! Definitely will be back!

Wonderful place to stay for a visit in charming Saugatuck! Location can’t be beat! The place was clean and nice with everything you need! Very spacious living room for hanging out after a big day! Nice porch to sit as well. The owner was exceptionally communicative with clear instructions on where to park, how to access the unit and gave us ideas on things to do. We loved our stay!

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying there ! Fabulous location! Enjoyed not having to drive everywhere AND we were so happy that we did didn’t have to worry about parking!! We enjoyed going to the Ship N Shore pool, watched the fireworks from the park by the chain ferry … so nice to be able to walk everywhere ! We will definitely stay again!!

Location, location, location!

The location is what sells this place! We walked nearly everywhere we went during our stay. The space had most of what you’d need, notably beach towels and shareable beach chairs which was a great perk. The space itself could use a deep clean and some sprucing up for what you pay for, but again, the location (parking included) sold us. Would recommend for single or duo travelers.

Perfect location
