The oversized pool and pergola offer endless relaxation and entertainment with BBQ grills and Sonos sound system. 3 standard, 1 commercial refrigerator and 2 commercial freezers offer plenty of capacity to plan for large gatherings or use one of our local expert house chefs that can come and take care of all of it for you.

It’s right on the edge of Sterling Forrest at the highest elevation partially overlooking the lake. The property has unparalleled privacy within close proximity of New York City. Another unique element of Greenwood Lake is that it’s in a valley so the stars are visible on a clear night.
