This unit has been remodeled within the past 3 years, including an updated kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and counters, new flooring, painting, new bedding, etc. Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk, Rambler Road Park, bike path, Sun'z Up Cafe and more. Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM

Locatiom was great! Unit was a little beat but clean, negative was climbing 2 sets of stairs to get to the Unit, Also, one of the bedrooms did not have an AC wall unit so that was not good. I loved the neighborhood and short walk to the beach. overall, I had a great time.

Overall it was a great little place and perfect for what we were looking for! The place was clean and very nice! The only thing that we weren’t prepared for was no towels or sheets were provided. Easy fix to go grab some at a local Walmart which wasn’t too far away. I’d definitely recommend this place to others because that was really our only hiccup the entire trip! Great vacation!
