Regency Towers is a family oriented resort located along the beautiful Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach. The resort provides direct access to uncrowded beaches and wonderful amenities. It features a large oceanfront pool which is covered and heated during the winter for your enjoyment.

Regency Towers also features the largest units on the Grand Strand, 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a sauna and an exercise room. It is conveniently located 3 minutes away from (within 2 miles) the Myrtle Beach International Airport. It offers easy access to over 100 championship golf courses and is only a short drive away from fine dining, excellent shopping venues, fabulous shows, amusement parks and water parks. The ocean and beach are just outside. Outlet shopping, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing await your visit. Quick and easy access to the new Market Commons for a unique shopping experience or take in an air conditioned movie with stadium seating for a change of pace.

This unit is cleaned at every departure. This includes an EPA approved disinfectant spray similar to that used by hospitals, nursing homes, schools and more for the prevention of many viruses including the corona virus and influenza.

This is a spacious, 1,750 sq. ft., 3 bedroom condo. Unit 1001 has a 15' wide, 9' deep private direct oceanfront balcony. 74", 60", 55" and 42" flat screen TV's. Free wireless internet. 24 hour front desk and security. The condo has been completely remodeled and has full size doors, laundry area and premium granite counter tops, deluxe shower and custom dolphin fixtures. The living room has 6 recliners for your comfort. At 1,750 square feet this is the size of many houses. The master bedroom is 15 x 17 with additional areas for dressing and bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has another queen and queen/queen bunk bed.

At the Regency Towers, you will always find a warm, welcoming staff ready to assist you at all times. It offers the opportunity for relaxation and privacy. There is assigned parking for the condominium in front of the resort. No need to drive around cramped parking decks to squeeze into undersized spots.

NO CARTS INSIDE UNIT. There has been substantial damage caused by the carts to the walls and the doors. Any cart damage will be charged to renter.

This condo is very nice! Highly recommend. Host is very responsive. Staff at check in very friendly. Rooms are very spacious. Had 7 of us at one point we all fit comfortably. One slight issue with the overhead light and fan in master bedroom. Maintenance was notified. Once again definitely recommend this place.

Even though our visit coincided with hurricane Debby, we had a great time! The condo is fantastic and met all of our needs. We especially appreciated the amount of dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies that were available. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Why they chose this property

I have grown to love the Myrtle Beach area for all the things to do and its family orientation. We had another unit in the building and found that it is so popular that we are unable to visit as often as we would like because it is rented! So we bought a larger 3 bedroom in the same building and completely renovated it. I appreciate the space in the unit as it was designed to be a residence and not just a place for people to use for a week. For instance the bedroom areas are completely separate from the busy living room and kitchen areas. The master suite is like a small apartment in itself. I appreciate the modern electronic conveniences and the unit has wall mounted Samsung QED, LED and LCD's. Wireless internet signal is free. The staff at the resort is the friendliest I have ever seen. The front desk is 24 hours with electronic surveillance of all common areas. We feel at home here, not just in a rental condo.

What makes this property unique

This unit is all about the VIEWS! 15 x 9 oceanfront balcony, huge living room window, window over the kitchen sink, ocean view from second bedroom. 15' wide city view from master. The south end of Myrtle Beach allows for easy movement to restaurants and area attractions without the traffic jams of the other areas. Regency Towers is a 3 minute drive from the airport. Entrance to the airport is 1.3 miles from the property. Broadway at the Beach is about 15 minutes. Private assigned parking insures a convenient spot even if your return to the room is later in the evening. We enjoy morning coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean. The 10th floor is high enough to have privacy while close enough to the ocean to see all the beach activity. I enjoy the beach to the right of the unit for shelling. In the evenings the Damon's has oceanfront dining, cabana bar and is just down the street.
