The home is a renovated barn featuring two levels. The first floor has an open concept living space with fireplace, heated floors, vaulted 30 ft ceilings, lots of glass and sunlight, high end kitchen, dining room, bathroom with rain shower and a cozy book filled sunny den. Two bedrooms upstairs, an en suite bathroom with deep tub and an open upstairs loft to use as an office, or studio.

With wonderful winter & spring walks along the beaches surrounding the house when you want time to yourself and a quick ferry ride to either the North Fork or The Hamptons, you get best of all worlds with this special base to call home.

And when summer comes the island transforms and the house feels full of magic with the heated pool and waterfall, the lush landscape, warm walks, kayaks, bikes, the outdoor shower, fire-pit, the fruit and vegetable garden and time for swims and picnics at all the beaches and hikes in the nature preserves. Just a short beautiful ferry ride to the Northfork (9 minute ferry) and the Hamptons (4 minute ferry).

NOTE: Unfortunately (or fortunately) AI seems to say we have a "water-park" and a "staff" which we do not :) but we can arrange for a wonderful housekeeper, a chef and a masseuse!
