Beautiful little place that’s literally 20 steps from the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Easy in and easy out. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean property right next to the beach. The bed was comfortable and they had a travel crib available for our toddler which worked out great. The bedroom shades are lighter colored so plan accordingly if you need dark sleeping arrangements.

We fell in love with The Annex the moment we parked our car. We got there 1 hour early, and Wyatt and Melissa were happy to allow us to check in. It was a rainy day and we just wanted to make the most of the short dry intervals. Wyatt and Melissa were helpful to suggest places we can eat and watch the World Cup. The apartment is not only beautiful, but also very clean. Accessibility to the beach, gift shops and restaurants. However, there no grocery stores within a walking distance, so make sure to bring anything you might need (coffee, tea, eggs, oil etc).Cozy, beautiful, accessible, and warm and wonderful hosts. I will be back definitely!

Any closer and we'd be in the water

Absolutely loved this property! My daughter wanted to see a sunrise from a beach for her 18th, and this property made fulfilling her request all too easy. Pictures were accurate representation of the accommodations, but did not expect to be less than 100 feet from the sand. Parking couldn't have been closer either. Hosts were responsive and even threw in a suggestion for a great dinner spot! Could not be happier with our stay!
