Well appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, sleeps 8. 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the 1st floor. Bedroom, full bath, living room, dining, and kitchen on 2nd floor. A TV in each bedroom and one in the living area. A fenced yard. Close to the pier and Kitty Hawk Kites so if you love to fish, surf, kiteboard, shop or just relax on the beach, this is the perfect place for your vacation needs! Bring your laptop, we have Wi-Fi.

Perfect!

The house was perfect! Kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds and great location. We walked to the pier nightly. Our 4 year old enjoyed the arcade at the pier. The house has a fenced in yard in back which is good for the littles to play in yard safety. Under the house has good hangout spot. The added bathroom on ground floor was nice to have. A wonderful stay overall. Excited to go back next year.

Beautiful Home

The home was perfect for our week vacation. It is very clean. Communicate was great with the renter. The house was ready early. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

This house was perfect for us. The location near the pier and places to eat. We really enjoyed the view from the back decks. We could watch the fish in the pond and enjoyed a bit of fishing. Our bed was comfortable and the kitchen was great with wonderful windows all over the top floor. We will return.

Paul and I are from New Kent, VA. A small, historical county snuggled right between Richmond and Williamsburg VA. We have vacationed as a family in OBX for the last 25 years, and are excited to have the chance to share our love for OBX with other vacationers.
