This place was amazing. It was perfect for our three day. Stay weather was great. Location was great within walking distance of a lot of great food. Spots in downtown was able to enjoy our experience with no stress.
Location is good. It's a 3 story walk up. Elevators not working and per residents of condo, have not been working for a long time and do not anticipate them being repaired. Pillows are terrible, very cheep and thin. We had to buy pillows in order to sleep. Towels old and cheep. Shower head is only a little over 5 feet high. I had to take a knee in shower to wash my hair. No ice maker or water on refrigerator. Couch has a lot of stains made us feel a bit uncomfortable sitting on it. This could be a nice place with some updates.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Never stayed as when we arrived the Cindo was a mess, dirty, not turned over apparently from previous guests. The owner refunded our payment, however NOT THE FULL ANOUNT. This was my first VRBO experience. How do I get the remainder of my purchase payment refunded???
We had a great stay in Tom's place! The beds were comfortable. The furniture was nice and clean. The appliances and amenities were nice and worked fine. Tom was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. It was a great location for us to get to all of the places we wanted to go. It was easy to check in and out, with clear instructions and codes that worked perfectly. The shower head is a bit low for taller guys, but that wasn't a big deal. The only two issues we had were out of Tom's control, and should have been addressed by the association for which he pays dues every month. One was the elevator not working when we were on the third floor, even though it wasn't a huge deal. The other issue was that the association hadn't turned on the A/C units for the complex, so we had no A/C when it was 80 degrees during the day. Fortunately, we were able to open the windows and cool it off at night. Tom was very apologetic and offered to buy fans, but we made it work. For me, it's important that the owner is responsive and addresses issues promptly. Tom was good on both counts. I would definitely recommend Tom's place to others looking to stay in the Scottsdale area.
