The Space:

Sunlight streams through the tall windows of this historic Over-the-Rhine building, illuminating the studio's open layout and highlighting the character of its 1900s architecture. Outside, the rhythm of Cincinnati’s streets shifts from the quiet hum of morning to the lively energy of the neighborhood by evening. You can hear the faint bustle of nearby cafes, theaters, and markets, offering a sense of city life just beyond your door. Inside, the space balances comfort and functionality, inviting you to settle in whether for work, leisure, or a short city break.



Sleeping arrangements

This studio accommodates up to five guests with three beds: a queen bed, a twin air mattress, and a queen air mattress. The queen bed is positioned for comfortable TV viewing, while the open layout allows the living area and sleeping areas to flow together naturally.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics and dishes are provided, and a dining table offers a casual space to enjoy breakfast or a quiet dinner in.



Workspace & connectivity

A dedicated workspace provides a calm spot to focus, with Wi-Fi available throughout the unit to support both work and entertainment needs.



Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere year-round. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, along with essentials including towels, bed linens, and bathroom essentials.
