Outside, Indianapolis moves through its winter rhythm, while inside you find warm, inviting rooms designed for unwinding after navigating the season’s chill. With direct access to the connected Skywalk, you can explore downtown without braving long stretches outdoors, returning to a quiet space made for rest, work, and gathering.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across 1,800 sq ft, the unit accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and soft linens. A third bed provides additional sleeping space, and two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy for groups and families traveling together.

The extra-large living room serves as the natural hub of the home. Comfortable seating, a TV for streaming your favorite shows, and heating that keeps the space cozy make it an ideal place to unwind after time spent in the winter weather. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or quiet moments of productivity.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
3. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building.
