Completely expanded and renovated pool deck, with newly installed geothermal pool heating system!
Reef Club on Indian Rocks Beach, 3 floors up from pool, with beach views from every room. This condo is situated on the side of the building closest to the beach.

Stay on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico in this complete three bedroom condo. Spend relaxing mornings, afternoons, or evenings on the deck overlooking the pool deck and the beach. The pool deck is large, including a pool, jacuzzi and sunning area. A tennis court is right next to the pool along with a grilling area with multiple barbeque grills. Walk from the pool deck right out onto the beach, taking a sandy trail through the dunes to the shore. Enjoy all the pleasures of a beach vacation at this perfect beach condo.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

We absolutely loved our stay. We were below Clearwater so it wasn’t as busy which is how we like it. The walk to the pool and beach are short and quick. The only thing that made it difficult is the guest parking spots and having to park several blocks off site on the side of a road.

Good family place

The Reef is a good place for families, pool is very family friendly & the beach is just a few feet away. Pickleball, tennis & bags are nice outdoor activities along with the outdoor grill. The unit we stayed in has lots of windows so outdoor lighting was great, you can see the sunset over the ocean from the dining room. The deck u fortunately gets no sun any time of the day & the location over the pool can be noisy. With the deck door closed, there was limited noise. Unit is fully stocked, was clean. Like most high turnover condos, bedding could have been nicer & we were only given one kitchen towel & 6 bath towels, we ended up purchasing more & left some there. Washer & dryer could use an update, but are nice to have in the unit. Overall for a family, it’s a good spot. Lots of walkable restaurants & ice cream spots!

quiet vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The area was nice, the unit had plenty of room and was well equipped. This would be a great place for a family or a couples getaway, The beach was SOOOO CLOSE. literally a few steps out from the pool. If looking for some night life, Tampa, Clearwater and St. Pete were just a short drive or Uber ride away. The only negative we had was they couldnt just have it to where we could go straight to the unit. We had to go to clearwater to get the parking pass and to get the DOOR CODE. I think it would be better to just have parking passes in the unit like most places we go and stay. The place was clean and nice, and we enjoyed it. We did the Starlite dinner cruise and I highly recommend it, The food was pretty good and it was good value for what it was in my opinion.

Beautiful Condo with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico

This condo is a end corner unit which allowed views of the Gulf outside every window. It was so beautiful! The condo itself is also very nice and my family and I had a great time enjoying the pool, hot tub and the beach. Great family vacation in a beautiful spot! Highly recommend! Only suggestion if you visit is to bring tennis rackets. Kids were bummed there were none available to use.

Condo was not cleaned properly before we arrived. Property manager sent someone to address our concerns. We have always loved staying at this condo, but we feel the upkeep of the property needs attention from the owner.

Relaxation with plenty to do

Our family had the most amazing week. We enjoyed the beautiful condo equipped with everything that we needed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the magnificent view of the beach. We were so relaxed but when we did want something to do we took a quick walk to the beach and there we were. Plenty of shops around.

Awesome vacation condo!!!

Overall this was great vacation experience. The condo is great with gulf side view and the pool view. I wish there were at least four lounge chairs and an umbrella for use on the beach.

Washing machine broke on first day. Seemed as though maintenance department at Rental company was responsive and going to fix situation right away, but it took until last day for us to have a washer. The Rental co, never answered email from my VRBO account and several times said they would call back, but did not.

The panoramic view was spectacular. Kitchen very nice. Very nice deck and chairs. Inside no furniture was comfortable for sitting very long. The guest bathroom needs updated it was too small for two bedrooms. Still a nice place

FLorida Beach Vacation

Our vacation started off a little rocky as the code to the condo would not work even after being changed at the rental office. They had to send someone over to fix the lock code and we ended up getting a key. The inside was lovely but def needed the humidifier. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and met some very nice people!! Plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils. The shower in the master bedroom was Fantastic!!
