The Space:
Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Capitol Hill home is great for small groups on business trips and weekend stays. This spacious abode provides a mix of convenience and privacy. Situated less than a 15 minute walk from Eastern Market and major landmarks, enjoy the best that D.C. has to offer.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, has everything you need including modern appliances, cookware, and plenty of space to whip up your favorite meals.

- Bedrooms: Each room is furnished with a queen bed, ample windows and dressers for clothing storage. Sink into the high quality linens for a restful stay. Both rooms are enhanced with blackout curtains, excellent for unwinding, undisturbed.

- Living area: Natural light from the French windows, sectional sofa, classic decor and a decorative fireplace.

- Laundry: Washer and dryer conveniently located in the kitchen so you can spend more time resting.

- Office: Complete your work in the comfort of your own personal professional space, where the wheeled office chair beckons you to settle in and focus, allowing you to feel productive and at ease.

- Bathrooms: 1.5 and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries have been designed for comfort and style. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination while the half bath is detailed with chic patterned floor. Guest Access:
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self-check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. The Neighborhood:
The historic Capitol Hill neighborhood is known for its charming row houses and tree-lined streets. This particular block is just a short walk from Eastern Market and the Capitol South Metro stations, providing convenient access to public transportation. The community is highly walkable, offering residents easy access to local amenities and fostering a close-knit atmosphere. Additionally, the property falls within the Brent Elementary School district, which is a notable consideration for families. Try a D.C. classic, Ted's Bulletin, for all day breakfast and American fare and milkshakes just 4 blocks from the home.

Getting Around:
Capitol Hill is a highly walkable neighborhood with excellent public transit options. The Capitol South and Eastern Market Metro stations (Blue, Orange, Silver Lines) provide quick access across the city, while Metrobus and the DC Circulator offer affordable local routes. Biking is also convenient with Capital Bikeshare stations nearby. Rideshares are also widely available throughout the area.

1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund. For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund.

Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) Small dogs under 50 lbs are welcome to this home for a price of one time non-refundable $450 per pet. This home is not suited for cats. Please reach out to our Guest Services team if you would like recommendations for homes that allow cats and larger dogs.

4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.

6) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
