This large 2-Bedroom Lower Level Home 2bdrm Basement offers a queen bed in each room. The beds are outfitted in professionally laundered white linen. Each bedroom has its own flat screen High-Definition Television Set, a dresser, a closet, cozy lamps and bedstands. In addition to the cozy lights, are recess lights to brighten up the lower level home.
Our Home is totally SELF CHECK-IN home! We will email your SELF Check-In Key Instructions upon receipt of your full payment and your Refundable Damage Deposit.

This two-bedroom home is located in walking distance from the Columbia Heights METRO Train Station. The GREEN LINE or YELLOW Line both stop at Columbia Heights. This home has all the necessities for urban living. This is a 2,000 sq ft home. It is a comfortable home ideal for a small family, a couple of friends, colleagues, etc (up to 4 guests).
There are two queen beds and one day bed/couch. This home boasts of an island kitchen with a granite top for meals. There is a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, eating and cooking utensils. Beyond the kitchen, through the door and up a few short steps are a large yard. It may be used for children to play, parents to grill outdoors, or a place to enjoy the foliage. The guests above on the 1rst floor rotate usage of the yard.
This home is located in the northwest quadrant of the city in the revitalized Columbia Heights. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION is highly encouraged as this home has no parking garage and no parking driveways. There is 2 HOURS of FREE on-street parking but then our guests are directed to the Public Parking Garage, just a quick 5-minute walk and reasonably priced at $12 per day and $18 overnight.

This neighborhood is ideal for travel via public transportation because the Metro is a 5-minute walk from the home. There are local shuttle services that may be boarded one block away and these shuttles go to many tourist sites. There are buses one block away taxi cabs, and other car services. For those who desire to travel via bicycle, there are rentals available in front of the Giant Supermarket. There is a World Sports and Health Club which provides an outlet to exercise, and the wonderful Day Spas (two) are just a few attractive features in this revitalized neighborhood. The Metro train is by far the most popular attraction in the neighborhood as it provides transportation to all the tourist sites.
