On a tranquil street yet walking distance to restaurants, bars and all the culture of DC, this apartment provides you the perfect escape during your stay in the nation's capital!

Enjoy a king sized bed and a separate living area with pull out queen couch, so you can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

In the Shaw / Howard University neighborhood, this is just two blocks from the (Green) Metro and a Cap Bikeshare. Ideal for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. No parties though please!

This apartment has a 43" TV in both rooms (separated by sliding glass doors), a full kitchen w/ stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Keurig and kettle, as well as a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

You'll find a desk with office chair that, along with fast WiFi, makes for a great remote work setup!

You'll love the attention to detail with umbrellas, tote bags and other essentials you can borrow or use spread throughout the place including board games and snacks waiting for you after your journey here!

Washer and Dryer is available for 3 night or more stays for free, or for 1-2 night stays for a $20 fee.

Our goal is to make this feel like your home so you can relax, work, cook and enjoy!

You have full, exclusive access to the apartment with your own key code!

You control the temperature with your own in-unit HVAC system so whether you like it cooler or warmer, you can customize to your comfortability!

An air purifier and dehumidifier quietly run to keep the air fresh for you, though you can turn it off during your stay if the low sound bothers you as well.

David's apartment was the perfect place to stay. Walkable to 9:30 club and lots of restaurants. Very nice neighborhood- we found a lovely coffee shop in the morning. Communication was great, expectations were clear (and not too many!) This group of 4 girls also all loved the bathroom. Small but clean with a very charming shower :)

My daughter and I stayed 4 days and 4 nights at this property. We enjoyed it very much! It was a nice size for the 2 of us. We liked being able to cook our own food in the fully equipped kitchen. We felt comfortable walking everywhere we needed to go. This property was a relaxing place to return to at the end of a busy day. Also, the owner was easy to reach and was always available to answer questions. If we were to visit DC again, we would definitely look at this residence as an option.

This basement unit is part of my house (though completely separate and private) so I take care of it like it is my own - yet you should always feel at home when you stay here!
