NEW BUILD and NEW TO AIRBNB! Welcome to `The Idol Pointe House`. We are centrally located in High Point, NC off Main Street. Our home is 3 bedroom & 2.5 baths. This is a brand new build that was finished in April 2025! We have all new furniture & appliances for you to enjoy.

Our downstairs is an open floor plan with the entrance leading directly into the spacious living room with a smart TV and comfortable couch that is also a full sofa bed. Our kitchen is connected to our living room and offers plenty of room for cooking or gathering with loved ones. We have plenty of cooking supplies for you to use. Our 1/2 bath is located off the kitchen.

Our 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs.

Our primary bedroom includes a walk in closet as well as a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and 2 large windows.

Our 2nd guest room includes 2 twin beds, a closet, and 2 large windows.

Both bathrooms upstairs have tubs and showers.

Brand new build with all new furniture close to downtown High Point. 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Open floor plan downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. Dog friendly.

This house was perfect for staying for a few days to visit my daughter at High Point. It's brand new! The location is great! We had a great stay. All bedrooms are upstairs which was fine for me, but just know if you have large bags you are bringing. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful place, plenty of space!

This is a beautiful home that has plenty of space. We were able to enjoy going out to dinner and shopping close bye, as well as close grocery shopping and large kitchen for staying in.

An enjoyable experience

The property was just as reflected in the pictures. Very clean, very spacious, very updated, and had more amenities than expected, to definitely make your stay feel like you're at home. I can go on and on about the property, and our time there. It was great! We enjoyed it! And I will absolutely look them up the next time I visit NC

Very nice property in high point located close to everything. Property had everything we needed for our stay including laundry pods, dish pods etc. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We did not do any cooking so I cannot comment on what was stocked. Only suggestion I have is to add ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and turn up the hot water heater. My sister did have problems because the paint smell was very strong and she has asthma but it did not bother the rest of our party. Overall a very nice stay and I would book again.

The perfect family house

I stayed at the beautiful house for three nights in May 2025. It is clean beyond words. Completely spotless. The home is brand new and has everything you could possibly need. The furniture is comfortable (and lovely) and the beds are perfect. There is a high chair and pack n play for little ones. The kitchen has everything you could need and the owners left some thoughtful snacks for us on arrival. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO homes and other rentals by owner. This is the one of the nicest homes I've rented. (And bravo on the art throughout, including the Avett Brothers posters!)We were in town for weekend events in Winston Salem. This house in High Point was about 20 minutes away. It's half a mile from Publix, Starbucks, Walmart, etc. There is plenty of party in the driveway and on the street. It felt like a very safe area.

Review - Post HPU Graduation

First off, this house is a wonderful new house, in a great location if you want to be very close to High Point University, and have all the amenities of a really nice, new place. We loved how nicely it's decorated and we really loved all the nice touches, like the kitchen cookware, utensils, appliances. We actually went online and purchased one of the items we used here. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are also very nice. We loved the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. I even set up and worked out of the master bedroom on the little desk there. This was the nicest 3-bedroom, 3 bath house we've stayed in. Clean comfortable, perfect floor plan for a 4-person family. Can't say anything better. I almost hate to tell the world about this place because we'd always want to have it available for ourselves (ha!), but we can't be there all the time, so... definitely an awesome find! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat to visit a kid at HPU. We spent a week there and loved it. Great lighting, TV, security, door locks, and close to the main street as well and Starbucks (only a few blocks away if you wanted to walk it). Really a great-feeling floor plan and nice open living room / kitchen, fun kitchen table. ALl of the little touches done on this house were very well thought out, done by a decorator. If I wanted to build or own a rental house, I would duplicate this floor plan, and all that the owners have inside it -- seriously. All four in my family said same.
