✦ This property is not available for parties, events, or gatherings. Local guests seeking event space accommodations will not be accepted.
✦ Please notify us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities so we can best accommodate your stay.
✦ Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings may be arranged for an additional fee.
✦ Trash disposal: A guest-accessible dumpster is located on P1 (garage level).
✦ Stays exceeding 30 nights require a $500 damage waiver fee.
