We stayed 1 week. Everything was as listed, maybe even better. I dont recall seeing anything about the composite decking listed (no splinters, super nice). Views are 100 times better than the pictures. House is FULLY equipped. Super clean. You just need to bring food and water. We saw all the sea life, and were just a few steps from the ocean. The house far enough from the public beach access, that you really only share with the neighbors, if they're there. 11 out of 10. Would stay again.
