We offer competitive pricing that reflects the seasonal fluctuations in demand for outdoor recreational activities in Bend, OR. Here's a breakdown of our pricing:
• Peak Season (June, July, August): $3800-$3900/month (standard pricing)
• Shoulder Season (May and September):
• Preferred pricing: $3500-$3600/month (normal retail price)
• Discounted pricing (if necessary): 25% off ($2850)
• Off-Season (October to April): 25% off ($2850)
• Special Consideration (November to February): We prioritize keeping the units occupied during these slower months, so we're open to negotiations.
Utilities
To help keep things fair and sustainable, a cap of $300 per month applies. A monthly invoice will be sent to you if usage goes beyond this amount. Tenants are responsible for covering any difference or usage beyond the $300 cap. This policy was introduced after an unusually high bill caused by a guest leaving the AC running with windows open. We trust this won’t be an issue, but we want to be transparent about how utilities are handled.
