Hit the slopes at Mount Bachelor, just 30 minutes away, then unwind in our cozy 3-bedroom townhouse. Perfect for families and friends, our home away from home features all the amenities you need to relax after a day of outdoor adventures, shopping, and dining in Bend. Enjoy easy access to the Old Mill District (1.3 miles away), where you'll find restaurants, boutiques, and movies along the scenic Deschutes River.
We offer competitive pricing that reflects the seasonal fluctuations in demand for outdoor recreational activities in Bend, OR. Here's a breakdown of our pricing:
• Peak Season (June, July, August): $3800-$3900/month (standard pricing)
• Shoulder Season (May and September):
• Preferred pricing: $3500-$3600/month (normal retail price)
• Discounted pricing (if necessary): 25% off ($2850)
• Off-Season (October to April): 25% off ($2850)
• Special Consideration (November to February): We prioritize keeping the units occupied during these slower months, so we're open to negotiations.
Utilities
To help keep things fair and sustainable, a cap of $300 per month applies. A monthly invoice will be sent to you if usage goes beyond this amount. Tenants are responsible for covering any difference or usage beyond the $300 cap. This policy was introduced after an unusually high bill caused by a guest leaving the AC running with windows open. We trust this won’t be an issue, but we want to be transparent about how utilities are handled.
