Welcome to your ultimate fishing and boating escape! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront retreat is tailor-made for outdoor lovers who want to spend their days on the water and their evenings relaxing with family and friends.





Located on Oyster Bay with direct access to open water, this property features a private dock perfect for tying up your boat, casting a line, or simply enjoying the sunset. Bring your own boat or launch from the on-site boat ramp, and you’ll be cruising in no time. Prefer to keep it simple? Grab one of the two kayaks and explore the scenic shoreline at your own pace.



Green Key Beach can easily be walked or biked to. Near Sims Park, Downtown New Port Richey Main Street with shops and restaurants.



After a day on the water, grill up the day’s catch and unwind with a game of horseshoes, cornhole, or challenge your crew to a ping pong tournament. With plenty of space and amenities for anglers and adventurers alike, this home is the perfect base for your next fishing trip or boating vacation.

Beware of low tides if you are bringing a boat. Plan to return at least 2-3 hours before lowest tide point. Also the lawn has a low spot right in front of the ramp that gets soft after the rain (perfectly fine to drive when dry). Make sure you have 4wd or winch in case you get stuck with a boat.

NOTE: Any stays longer than 30 days must have mid-stay cleans. The length of the trip will determine how many. Cost will be billed separately. No exceptions and please contact the Property Manger with any questions. Stays greater than 14 days will have a 75.00 extra cleaning fee.

GREAT value for a 3br 1.5 bath on the water!Maybe 1/4 mile from downtown area with shops and restaurants, park and river walking. About 1/3 mile in the opposite direction gets you to another park with mini beach. Dock for boats right outside the back door - with some BIG fish! Abundant blue herons, too. And ping pong. :-)

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The extra space to spread out was wonderful. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Enjoyed the kayak but would have liked to have two to borrow. The fishing off of the dock yielded fish and crabs that my son was very excited about. The kitchen was well stocked. We went to the “beach” right down the road at Robert K. Rees Park one day. Clearwater aquarium one day. And rented a boat from Anclote river one day. Too short of a trip and wished we could stay longer. Thank you for hosting.
