OIB DAYS rentals is proud to present this gorgeous home. Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach’s private gated community, 9 Coggeshall comfortably sleeps a maximum of 16 guests with 6 large bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. 2 Master bedrooms provide large kings size beds, coffered ceilings, oceanfront views, and their own custom tile showers. All bedrooms are fashionably decorated, have wall-mounted smart flat-screen TV's and private bathrooms.

Natural imported Travertine floors cool your toes while vaulted ceilings and large windows lead your mind and spirit to wonderful beach relaxation.

Entertainment is easy for multiple families with two separate living rooms, both with large flat-screen TV’s and state of the art sound systems, supported by a whole-home music system for indoor and outdoor enjoyment.

If staying for one, two, three or more weeks, guests don't have to pack huge bags as a full-size washer and dryer is centrally located on the second floor.

Even professional cooks will be delighted to prepare masterpieces in the fully-loaded gourmet kitchen. All stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are accented by luscious dark maple cabinets.

Sun lovers will be delighted either poolside or on one of four separate decks on the front and rear. Beach gazing is easy from either rear porch as guests have a beautiful view of the coastline.

OIB Days was superb!
We loved the convenience of being ocean front and with the walkway right to the beach. Home is beautifully furnished and we had plenty of room for everyone. Would have liked to have trash bags and bath soap included and possibly bare necessities like salt and pepper. Our son-in-law noticed when going outside to look at the dryer vent that there may be a bird’s nest in it.

Great location! Great house!
Location was great = on the beach (and with pool). This house was everything we needed. Large kitchen/living are for gathering. Also porch deck overlooking ocean was amazing anytime if day or night. House was clean and modern. Loved everything about this house. Would definitely recommend. Only con was the kitchen faucette leaked.
