Fully remodeled, classic brick house in the unique, tree-lined Old Southwest Reno neighborhood. Just a short walk from downtown, midtown, and the Truckee River. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home feels new and clean but also historical and warm. The kitchen is inviting with a wrap around sitting nook for family style dinners or morning coffee. The living room is bright and airy with large windows; but it also has a 65” smart tv and black out curtains if you just want to stay in and have a movie day. The remodeled bathroom is full of character with zelige tile in the showers and marble mosaic on the floors. The master bedroom is warm and cozy with color drenched beige paint and another smart TV—maybe you want that movie day in bed…. Enjoy the large backyard or Adirondack chair sitting area in the front.
