Fully remodeled, classic brick house in the unique, tree-lined Old Southwest Reno neighborhood. Just a short walk from downtown, midtown, and the Truckee River. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home feels new and clean but also historical and warm. The kitchen is inviting with a wrap around sitting nook for family style dinners or morning coffee. The living room is bright and airy with large windows; but it also has a 65” smart tv and black out curtains if you just want to stay in and have a movie day. The remodeled bathroom is full of character with zelige tile in the showers and marble mosaic on the floors. The master bedroom is warm and cozy with color drenched beige paint and another smart TV—maybe you want that movie day in bed…. Enjoy the large backyard or Adirondack chair sitting area in the front. Stay cool with the new AC on hot summer days and have wifi access to the fast and reliable fiber internet.

I absolutely loved your house as soon as i opened the door! It felt like i was home. So welcoming, so comfortable, so cozy, i told my husband i didnt want to leave. I wish we couldve spent more time in the house, as it was our days we so busy we only were able to sleep there but i wouldve loved to relax, watch tv, make a meal. We really did enjoy our stay. The location was great, neighborhood great, beds so comfortable, house very clean.
