Wonderful value for the region, this place is tops. Stayed here multiple times now on visits to Pittsburgh. Parking is great, host is excellent with communication, and everthing is so close by. Bed is super comfy!

Wonderful stay here. So quiet and yet close to so much. Cute, comfortable, and easy to park and walk everywhere or zip all over. Communication was great. Perfect!

When traveling, the bed comfort and pillow comfort are paramount. The IKEA pillows were lumpy and the bed was extremely firm. The shower required cleaning upon our arrival, as it had green growth on the base of the shower enclosure. The shower and sink were extremely small, and not practical. The walls outside the shower required repairs which were unsightly. The management controlled the heat, cooling, and fan, and you had to request charges to all during temperature changes since the thermostat was locked.

Pros: Free parking, great kitchen, great location in Shadyside, very well lit Cons: To access this apartment, you must climb up 25 exterior steps. The host demands that you provide a drivers license ID via VRBO or email The host was slower than most hosts to respond to issues with the WiFi and heatThe Wi-Fi was slow and was down frequently during our four night stayThere is very little space to place anything from your suitcase— only one shelf near the entrance. We did not find the loveseat comfortable to sit on. If you pack light and don’t mind the exterior stairs, this apartment is reasonably comfortable and a good value.

Came up to visit our daughter who lives a couple of blocks from this location. It was perfect. The apartment exceeded all our expectations and needs. Comfortable, clean, great amenities and dedicated parking made this a great visit to Pittsburgh. Arthur, our host, was very helpful in the entire process and provided all necessary information. Located within easy walking distance of all the great entertainment and restaurants that Shadyside has to offer. Will definitely stay again.
