Summary:
Seas the day with this stylish Santa Cruz beach house. The ocean is less than a block away. It boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths. The private master suite has an office set up, private bath, and the entire 2nd level all to itself. 2 bedrooms offer direct access through French doors into the absolutely spectacular backyard. Bask in the sunshine, enjoy a book or a meal.  Take a soak in the hottub after a long day at the beach or enjoy making smores and warming up next to the fire pit.

Cancelation fee: 5% of reservation total with a minimum of $100 fee will be held from all monies received in the event the cancelation falls within our refund and cancelation timeline. This is to cover 3rd party payment fees.

The property is well-stocked and well-maintained. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. The backyard for the property was the highlight; it allowed us to relax with a fire and a hot tub every night.

We had a great time staying at the house. The location is superb, in walking distance from the Natural Bridges beach and tide pooling spots, with a bike path leading to both (bring bikes and scooters for kids!).Definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi since it was fairly cold when we were exploring during the day. Warming the house wasn't trivial, but once we figured out how the hot plates worked, we could get the house warmed up in combination with the electric heaters in the morning. Just need to be careful with young kids near the hot plates. Sad we didn't get to use the garden much due to rain. Would definitely stay again!
