Welcome to Wild Air!
Perched above the tranquil waters of Basin Cove, Wild Air is a bright, beautifully designed coastal retreat that captures the true spirit of Maine waterfront living. Central air conditioning throughout the home ensures you're always comfortable during warm summer days.
On the second floor, you'll find two serene bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king, both offering elevated water views. We had such a good time at Wild Air! The dock gets beautiful sun in the late afternoon, so we were able to soak up every bit of the summer days on Harpswell Cove. Everything was clean and comfortable inside, perfect for sipping mimosas on the balcony, or lounging with a good book. We look forward to our next visit!
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely consider booking this home again. The sunsets were breathtaking and one of our favorite parts of each day. The home was meticulously clean, well-maintained, and the perfect size for our family. The location was excellent, situated in a friendly community and conveniently located just 30 minutes from my brother in Bath. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, including the excellent linens and paper products, subtle basic extras, the welcome goody bag, games in the basement, and the abundance of extra blankets and pillows. Check-in and check-out instructions were simple and stress-free.The only constructive feedback we would offer is that the stairway to the upstairs living area was somewhat challenging for my elderly parents to navigate. An additional handrail on the lower stairway would make it more accessible and comfortable for guests with mobility concerns. We also found that a bit more cabinet space for storing dry goods and food during longer stays would be helpful.Overall, this was a fantastic property that exceeded our expectations. Between the stunning sunsets, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and great location, it provided a memorable experience for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.
