If you are looking for the perfect location for a beach vacation, this is it! Two beautiful balconies overlooking both the pool and the beach/ocean. Watch the beautiful sunsets from the patio. View the colorful skies changing as the sun comes up. Direct access to the beach without crossing any street. Secure location. This is the only place that we could find in Oceanside that has the actual property on the beach and not across the street. Lots to do if you choose, lots of nearby grocery stores and restaurants! We did not leave the property the first 48 hours! The pool is salinated, so the water feels luxurious on your skin. This was the most relaxing two week vacation we’ve ever had. We highly recommend it. The owners are super friendly and responsive. We had groceries delivered, very easily. You won’t be disappointed!

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Great view of beach. Easy access to everything in complex. Loved having the beach toys and being so close to use them. The welcome snacks on the table were much appreciated by my kids after a long drive. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful proximity to beach with tons of amenities at the apartment complex.

Despite colder weather than anticipated our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We took ample advantage of the pool and hot tub.

Wonderful place to say with wonderful host

We love coming to Oceanside and staying at North Coast Village. It is our favorite place to stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and our married daughter's family. It had everything we needed to make our week-long stay complete. When we need a two-bedroom condo again we would love to stay here again.

The condo was just perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our little one - travel crib as well as beach toys. And plenty of beach supplies- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards for the adults. Condo was clean, well supplied and comfortable with the added special touch of the welcome goodie basket! Amazing Beach Destination

We spent a week enjoying the beach and the North Coast Village. The views from the lower balcony were very nice for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen nicely equipped. It is a short walk out to the beach with beautiful sand and waves and boogie boarding. We had a wonderful time.

NCV Condo!

Location, location! We enjoyed our four night stay. There are lots of amenities at NCV; heated pools, hot tub, pool table and more. The condo was comfortable, clean, and it had an amazing view of the ocean. I would stay here again.

Great location on the beach. All the amenities needed within the condo and the complex. Easy walking to restaurants. Only rated 4 star as unit is somewhat dated and gets very hot in the summer months without AC.

Allison, Thank you for the review. I wish we did have air conditioning however 11 months out of the year it is not needed at the beach so this complex and most others are built without it. We did install the ceiling fans and provide the extra fans also for those hot spell days.

Fantastic spot, with fantastic owners

Had a great experience with Diane and George's condo. Location was great for easy access to both the harbor and downtown Oceanside. The upstairs deck has amazing views of the ocean, along with plenty of sun. Diane was also incredibly responsive to our questions, and unfailingly helpful. We're looking forward to staying here again next year.
