This bright and welcoming 2200 sq. ft. house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an electric-heated pool and spa. The house is nestled in a tropical garden and located in a quiet yet convenient area close to shopping centers, family restaurants, and grocery stores, all within a few minutes' drive.

KEY FEATURES: This home is pet friendly; has bicycles for guests.

Living Room: The comfortable living room is great for entertaining company or watching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV available. Relax with a coffee or a good book in the family room and enjoy the view from sliders that lead out to the lanai.

Dining Room: The formal dining room is off the entrance and has seating for six.

Kitchen: The open kitchen is furnished with all the usual appliances and offers an adjacent breakfast bar for four people.

Great Home

First time user of VRBO and everything went smoothly. The home was perfect for our needs and everything that they advertised. If we return to the Ft. Myers area we will definitely stay at this home again. The owner and management company were top notch.

Thanksgiving getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything worked properly and there wasn't a time that we didn't have something we needed or wanted. My only regret is that we were unable to use the pool for the first few days because it was too cold. Turns out there was an email in my inbox asking if we wanted it preheated. I missed it. I would have said yes, of course. Nobody wants a cold pool. :-). Luckily the hot tub heated up fast and we were able to use it right away.

Awesome place!

We enjoyed our stay very well. The location was away from the touristy hustle and bustle but close enough to get to the beach fairly quickly. The pool and hot tub were a very nice place to relax after a long day or an awesome way to start your day.

Great getaway

Clean and inviting, comfortable and spacious (much bigger than the pictures indicated!). Pool and hot tub area were awesome. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to lots of eateries, grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely return and use SWFL again.

A wonderful visit

We had an excellent experience at this property. We travel almost every year but with Covid19 going on, this year our priority was finding a place where we could bring our Westie, spend the days poolside with a beautiful view, and cook some good meals/order some excellent takeout. This home delivered on all three. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is big and spacious with new appliances, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the furniture was super comfy. We have visited the Cape Coral/Fort Myers/Sanibel area before, and it's one of our favorite areas on the West coast to visit. We will definitely be back. :)

Sun & Fun

Some friends and I stayed at Villa Ashlyn for a short staycation, the property is beautiful and the location ideal. It’s nestled in a beautiful quiet neighborhood right on the water and very close to local beaches and shopping. The pool and spa were fantastic and it was a great relaxing getaway. We did experience a small maintenance issue that was outside of anyone’s control, but the property manager and owner handled it quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great Florida getaway set away from the hustle and bustle of heavily tourist filled areas.

Perfect peaceful getaway

What a great place to get away from the winter cold! Four patio doors out to the lanai overlooking the broad canal blended indoors with outdoors. High ceilings and many ceiling fans gave any airy feeling to the large living space. Only a 12 minute drive to Pine Island and Matlacha Isles where great restaurants provide fresh fish meals and music. The house is in a quiet residential area, not far from main roads. We loved being there and would definitely enjoy returning.

A wonderful place to relax with family.

The location of the house on the water made it a fantastic, relaxing vacation for my family. Especially with the non-stop access to the pool. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. I look forward to vacationing here in the future.
