The appartment features AC, WiFi / Optic fiber,Smart TV with netflix,full kitchen with all utensils,a balcony facing the pool,private bath with all toiletries.

Keep in mind that we are 7.5 km away from downtown, behind the fiesta americana hotel, if you want to spend time near the city this is not the place for you, but if you want to be near the beach, parks and ports for diving tours, this unit will be just perfect.

The apartment is located in the complex called Suites Cozumel and is only 17 minutes from the Ferry, 19 min from the airport, 6 min from Chankanaab park, 5 min from the beach (400 meters) 10 min from cinema, banks and more.

The location is both suitable for visitors looking for a nice and quiet area and for visitors who look to party in clubs. All the bars,restaurants and clubs are only 10 minutes away.

You will have full access to the pool. If you need a car, I can rent you mine and is suitable for 5 people.

I will be available to help with everything you will need for your stay. I could recommend you about restaurants,bar,beaches and all worth seeing places in the area.I go out myself few times a week and will be glad for you to join me.

Far away place stay

The property and grounds and the suite are excellent but it is a wee bit far to get to anything like shopping food restaurants and there’s no laundry available on site otherwise it’s excellent although the elevator broke down and has not been fixed yet !
